COLUMBUS, OHIO – Aftermarq announced last week that it has selected Grandview Heights for it’s headquarters.

“Aftermarq strives to create world-class content for some of the worlds’ largest and most progressive brands” says founder Amy Schmittauer Landino. “We wanted to grow in a city that is on the cusp of a boom” added the COTA board member.

Aftermarq has been considering the composition and location of its headquarters for over a year. The Company began its formal review in June 2016, with a list of five potential locations. New York City, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Nashville were amongst the contenders. Columbus was selected after a careful evaluation of the business ecosystem, talent, long-term costs, and quality of life for employees.

“We’re bringing top notch talent from all over the country right here to Columbus, Ohio” co-founder Vincenzo Landino said. “Employees have come from Nashville, New York City, and Washington DC to a place where they’ve been able to dramatically increase their quality of life. Columbus affords us the benefits of a major city without all the added costs.”

After building a core team, Schmittauer Landino says that the next phase to focus on is “local recruiting and internships with Ohio State University, Columbus State, Columbus College of Art and Design and other quality schools in the area.”

The headquarters will be located in the Grandview Heights area of Columbus, with a secondary location Downtown at 175 on the Park.
